Non-Profit Agencies Division (N-PAD), is a segment of Discover Mortgage that is dedicated to assist Non-Profit Agencies achieve their goals for the good of the community.
We work with a wide range of charitable groups including church, school, youth and community organizations.
Within each Non-Profit Agency there are Real Estate and Mortgage Professionals who already participate and care. We organize these Leaders who care and want to give back to the community.
How it works:
Real Estate Agents and Loan Originators within your non-profit organization are willing to donate up to $1,000.00 out of THEIR profits in your name for a complete Buy/Sell transaction.
$350 for Listing and Selling a Home
$350 for a Purchase Agreement and Closing
$300 for a Mortgage on a New Purchase
$300 for a Refinance of a Home Mortgage

Every Real Estate Agent and Loan Originator is already
a member of your group of interest. They share your same concerns and goals. You may already know them from working together on a project or committee. They strive for excellence on every transaction and feel good about donating on your behalf.
